I provide counselling to adults, children, couples and families experiencing a range of concerns. I have particular experience in working with people affected by chronic or life-threatening illness and people struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.

I also specialise in providing counselling to people experiencing grief after a bereavement. For further information please visit Sydney Grief Counselling Service.

Some people use counselling as a space to reflect on their concerns to find their own solutions. Others want to learn techniques or strategies to help them to cope better with the challenges they are facing. I believe in tailoring the way I work to the unique needs of each person I meet. To enable me to be as effective as possible in the support I provide to people I draw upon a range of counselling theory and skills including acceptance and commitment therapy, gestalt therapy, positive psychology, strengths-based practice, narrative therapy, radical exposure tapping, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, hypnotherapy and schema therapy.
